Oh god, the list would be a bit too long. Im a huge metal head. I range from the growls of death/black metal (CoF, Behemoth, etc) to the crazy guitar riffs of CoB, Satriani, Yngwei. I got to see CoB in concert a few days ago, and currently and for the past 2 months ive listened to the new Scar Symmetry album "Holographic Universe" daily.

Whoa, really? Yeah I noticed. Ill also point out ive seen Metal: A Headbangers Journey like ~70 times. Im actually planning to do my anthropological report on metal concerts and why people beat each other up as much as they do, but still act like gentlemen/women if the persons actually hurt.

A german band. They to me are a buffer between rock and metal. Theyre in my personal classification light industrial metal. Good beats, horrible lyrical content imo. haha

w/e rammstein is freakin awesome although their (sometimes) lyrical content is umm... check out their live performances
they're kinda like a scary metal-techno but they are broad and have some really nice peaceful songs and ballads

People mostly dont care about lyrical content anymore.. As long as it sounds 'good'
